Do you offer refund
Only if product was not opened but delivered damaged to you. If delivery was not fullfilled

Is there any warranty
Hi yes. But only on factory defects-if the items was abused, opened, used, no more happy with the device, tampered with, polarity reversed, dropped, water damaged, then there is no warranty.If it is a factory defect upon delivery. It must be couriered back to us in 7 working days. An email must be send to inform us. If it was found that it is not factory defect, then no refund or exchange will be done and you must arrange a courier to collect the returned item from us.
Handling fee is not our responsibility, only if item is ordered and paid then we will ship it to you.

Lithium batteries = 8 year warranty
Inverters for solar purposes = 1 year warranty
